Yes and no. You can create individual Tracking Tags (TT) in ARP where you define the subscribe success and/or failure pages. However, your TT is tied to the subscriber and NOT the autoresponder (A/R).

Wherever you have a webform you can have a different TT for the same A/R. See the ARP User Guide for details.

For example: You have a webform on your main page. Create a TT for that. A pop up, create a TT for that. Form on your order page, create a TT for that. Remote control subscribe (assuming remote control is installed), create a TT for that. I'm sure you get the picture.

All these different TT will be with the subscriber and can be in the same A/R.
