How do I open a ticket? I tried to open a ticket and it would not accept my license number or the email that is shown on my receipt.

The two areas - the ARPGuru AutoResponse Plus Comunity Forums and the ARPGuru Member's Area - are separate.  There is a link on the menubar at the forums to the Member's Area. That link is provided as a convenience.

You will need to register (by clicking the Signup here link).

Choose ARPGuru ARP - ProblemDef/Help Desk (a single ticket with 1/2 hr. of labor and 5 days of access) or, any of the support services.   They all include Help Desk access for 1 year.
