I have just had my ARP installed a few days ago. When I try
to log in to the link above (my ARP front door) using my
original license number and password as instructed, I am
locked out.

To a "major head-scratcher"
problem...
Truncated Email Messages
When we set up messages in an auto responder view them
on test them and they are okay we check back back later
and find that the message has been truncated in the HTML
version. I have also seen instances of the text version
where numbers have been deleted out of the text eg phone
numbers.
These problems are not only occurring in recent auto
responders but are occurring in auto responders set up
some time ago.
We are running the latest version of ARP as it was
upgraded about a month ago by [removed]his is a very
frustrating and unprofessional for us when our clients
get e-mails that don't make sense!

We've had a frustrating recurrence of the old lockout
problem on ARP:

Note: The maximum number of subscribers allowed in demo
mode has been reached.

This is preventing new subscribers from logging in.
Could you please do whatever you normally do to flick it
back into working?

To a complex Linux, Apache, MySQL,
perl, and php interface
problem
ARP seems to be locked up
We are able to go in and make changes, but it seems to
not be sending out the autoresponders.
- I did a test and did not get it.
- At the top right of the control panel, it says that
crons run, but I do not get my cron reports. Have not for
a couple of days.
- I added some test emails to the subscriber lists so I
can get a copy of the autoresponders when they go out and
I have not received any in a few days.
Any suggestions?
